HEARING AID: WHAT TO DO IF THERE ARE DEFECTS?

Filed under: Education — admin @ 5:36 pm

Actually, our stringent quality control measures make it impossible for defective hearing aid tools to enter our networks. If you have any problem with the hearing aids, the first person you should talk to is our hearing specialist who issued the so-called defective hearing aid. They are not defective but they may require some minor adjustments. Because of our different body reactions towards different substances, allergy reactions towards some of our hearing aid tools is somewhat common but we have remedied the same by only issuing items which are made from inert materials. Our hearing specialists sometimes make some miscalculation regarding the proper size of the item but the same can be easily remedied by changing the item or adjusting it to better fit the ear canal or ear lobe of the patient. Besides, we provide a 45-trial period or an adjustment period in which you are given plenty of time for your body to get used to the item.

Our competitors do not provide a 45-day trial period or they only provide a mere two-week (14 days) trial period to determine whether the item is compatible with the user. We based our long trial period on many factors. First, the length of time is more than enough to discover any problems of compatibility. Second, the length of time is fair enough for our patients because they are given more than a month to determine whether they like our product or find out the product’s effects on them. However, based on our experience, it is extremely rare that a patient returns the item to the dispenser or our hearing aid specialists. As mentioned in the first paragraph, our stringent quality measures make sure that all items displayed on our website are of good quality and each has undergone layers of quality control tests.
